What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content, such as news headlines. Using an RSS reader, you can view data feeds from various news sources, such as CNN.com, including headlines, summaries, links to full stories.

To view a Spotlight feed in your RSS Reader:

  1. Copy the URL of the item you wish to subscribe to, ex: http://techvalleycareers.org/rss/spotlight%20rss.xml
  2. Paste the URL into your reader.

Note: There are a number of free and commercial readers available for download. Simply conduct an internet search to find a list of such readers
